We had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the charming arcade across the street from Termini. Being so close to the train station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was a great added convenience, and the room amenities like heating and air conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the soundproofed rooms, allowing us to have a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and the leisure facilities, like the TV room, provided a great space for relaxation.
Although this place was truly amazing, we did encounter a few minor inconveniences. The limited opening hours of the reception, from 10am to 6pm, seemed a bit unusual.

Beautiful, modern decor. Comfortable room with great en-suite. Recently renovated. Slept well. Friendly staff held our luggage until 6pm. No reviews, but don't be put off!
